Handling Time
Handling time is the time it takes us to prepare the order from when we receive it until it gets shipped. Handling time can take anywhere between 1-3 business days, for us to do a  quality check, pack, secure and ship your order.

Shipping Options

1. Pickup- At our Kapolei warehouse.
2. Oahu- Curbside delivery
3. Oahu- Inside room of choice
4. Oahu- Inside + Assembly and setup.
5. Inter Island - Maui / Kauai / Big-Island
   
   

• Pick up

All orders are available for pickup at our Kapolei warehouse. You can choose the pickup option at checkout if you want to pick up your order. It usually takes 24-48 hours to prepare your order for pickup. We will be sure to message you once your order is available for pickup.

• Curb-side delivery

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep or closest entrance but will not be unpacked or assembled. If you live in high-rise, we will deliver your order to the door of the building and will not bring the items up to your unit.

• Inside room of choice

Your order will be delivered inside your home in a room of your choice. Our team will bring the boxes in your home / apartment but will not unbox

• Inside+ Assembly- White glove delivery

Your order will be delivered inside your home, unpackaged, assembled and set up in your room of choice. 

• Pick up

Choose pickup from our Kapolei warehouse. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.

• Inter Island - Maui / Kauai / Big-Island

For all other islands we currently offer a port to port delivery where you will be able to get your order delivered to your port using Young brothers. Once the order arrives at the port, Young brothers will give you a call to come and pick it up.
