What does shipping cost?
Young Brothers is a flat $199.95 to any island, and it does not change if your order gets bigger. One chair or a whole living room, same fee. DHX door-to-door is priced at checkout.
Do I have to pick it up at the harbor?
With Young Brothers, yes. Your freight arrives at the harbor on your island and you collect it there. If you would rather it came to your door, choose DHX at checkout instead. We are telling you here rather than letting you find out at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship you a new one. Send us a photo and we replace the damaged piece. You do not pay freight twice and you do not chase the carrier, that is our job.
Do you actually ship to my island?
Yes. Maui, Big Island, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai. Interisland freight leaves our Kapolei warehouse every Wednesday, provided your piece is in stock. It is a scheduled weekly run, not a special arrangement we make for you.
What if I just do not like it?
You have 14 days with it in your home. Same trial on every island, no exceptions for being off Oahu.
Can I see it before I buy?
If you are ever on Oahu, everything is on the floor at our Kapolei showroom, daily 10am to 7pm. If not, the 14-day trial is the answer. Order it, live with it, send it back if it is wrong.
Is everything ready to ship right away?
No. In-stock pieces move in 3 to 5 business days. Some pieces are pre-order and show an estimated date on the product page. If timing matters, filter for in-stock first.
How long does it take to reach me?
In-stock pieces leave Kapolei in 3 to 5 business days and catch the next Wednesday barge. We confirm your arrival window once your freight is booked, because it depends on the sailing and your island.
