Do you have a warehouse in Hawaii?
Yes! Valyou started in Hawaii and we are super proud of it. We do have a warehouse in Kapolei, and two showrooms; one in Kaka’ako and one in the Ka Makana Ali’i shopping center.
Do you ship to other islands?
We do! We currently deliver to the port (using Young Brothers) and you will need to arrange pickup from the port. There is a flat fee cost of $199.
What is your refund/return policy?
We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery. For more information, visit the return & refund policy page.
How long does it take for delivery?
In-Stock Orders
In-stock items are delivered within 3–5 business days. Once your order is placed, our dispatcher will contact you to schedule delivery.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time will be clearly listed on the product page.
