The quotation states only plywood and fabric. The timber species of the lid and the fibre composition of the upholstery have not been published by the factory. We have asked and will list both here once confirmed.
The upholstered base: Vacuum with the upholstery head. Blot spills immediately — press, do not rub. A pale fabric base at floor level will pick up scuffs, so keep shoes off it.

The top: Dust with a dry cloth, or wipe with a barely damp one and dry straight away. Blot cosmetics as they happen rather than letting them sit.

The lid: Lower it rather than dropping it, and do not sit or lean on it when open.

Twenty-three and a half inches across. That is the whole idea.

Most dressing tables want a wall. This one wants a corner. At under two feet in diameter it goes where a chair would go, and because it is round there is no edge sticking out into a walkway and nothing to catch a hip on in the dark.

The top lifts

What looks like a plain round tabletop opens, so everything you use lives inside it rather than on it. Closed, it is a side table with a lamp on it. Open, it is where you get ready. That is the trick that lets a vanity live in a room with no space for one.

Soft underneath, hard on top

A wood top over an upholstered fabric base — warm to sit against, and quieter in a small room than four wooden legs would be. The frame is plywood, which is the right material for holding a curved form without it going oval over a few humid years.
