The frame specification and the fibre composition of the cover have not been published by the factory. We have asked and will list both here once confirmed.
To clean: Vacuum in short, overlapping strokes. Use the crevice nozzle inside every tufted square and along the seams, because that is where dust settles first.

Treating stains: Blot spills straight away with a clean dry cloth, then use a water-based upholstery cleaner and blot with a microfibre cloth. Do not scrub, as that crushes the pile inside the tufting.

To maintain: Plump the tufted cushions by hand so the squares stay proud, and keep out of prolonged direct sunlight.
