Coffee Table Top: Sintered stone, pale travertine-look

The stone top: Wipe with a soft damp cloth and warm water, then dry to avoid water spotting. Sintered stone is non-porous, so spills sit on the surface — wipe them up when you can. For anything stubborn, use a pH-neutral cleaner and a non-abrasive cloth. No sealing or polishing is required.

Avoid on the stone: Abrasive pads, scouring powders, and bleach-based or acidic cleaners. Do not set very hot items directly on the surface.

The walnut plinths and the side table: Dust with a dry cloth, or wipe with a barely damp one and dry straight away. Do not soak, and wipe up standing liquid promptly. Use coasters on the side table's wooden top — it is not stone and will mark.

Placement: Keep out of long direct sunlight and away from heat vents, which can fade a wood finish over time.

Sintered stone is made to read like quarried stone, so tone and veining vary from piece to piece. Wood finishes also vary and can read slightly warmer or cooler in your room than they do on screen.

Pale stone, dark walnut, and the contrast does the work

The Echo is a 47-inch soft-edged stone oval sitting on two dark walnut plinths, with a small walnut pedestal beside it. That light-on-dark split is the whole design — the pale top looks like it is floating, and the piece reads as considered rather than merely wooden.

Plinths set inboard, so it floats at both ends

The two walnut panel bases sit well in from the ends, leaving the stone top cantilevered at each side. It is why a 47-inch table does not look heavy, and why you can get your feet under it from the sofa.

The pedestal is the warm one

Where the coffee table is stone on walnut, the side table is walnut throughout — top and column both. 17.5 inches across and 16 inches high, which is armrest height rather than coffee-table height, so it works beside a chair or at the end of a sofa. No legs at all on the pedestal, so nothing to catch a foot on.

Why we called it the Echo

Because the second piece answers the first rather than copying it — same family, opposite balance. The big one is pale on dark; the little one is warm all the way through. Put them together or at opposite ends of the room and they still read as a pair.
