To clean: Vacuum the upholstery moving it from left to right in short, overlapping lines. Change over to the crevice nozzle, and vacuum in between the seams and under the cushions.
Treat stains: Attack stains with the appropriate water- or solvent-based cleaner. Let the cleaner sink in, and then blot it with a microfiber cloth. Don't scrub the stain, as the action could push the stain farther into the upholstery or damage the fabric.
Machine wash: Remove the fabric from the ottoman framing and cushions. Wash it on a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent.
Make sure the cover is zipped closed before you put it in the washing machine, or you may end up with a tangled-up mess. Covers can be line-dried, but many people prefer to put the cover back on the cushion while it is still damp.

As always- AMAZING service from Kiana!
The ottoman came after the couch and looks great.
It's exactly what I wanted and ordered!
Ottomans finally came a couple months after the sofas but they are perfect.
Love it!
I like it, I was expecting a little bit bigger but it’s good.
The entire experience was was absolutely the best . From the day we purchased in the LA store to the delivery to our Hawaii condo the entire process went flawless. Valyou actually kept all of their commitments and delivered as promised. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, Im happy.
So soft and comfortable
Ordered this Ottoman, a couch and a dining set from Valyou. Totally loved the pieces we bought! The delivery guys Chetne and his partner Ria were fast, efficient and friendly. Golfd stars all around gor impeccable Customer service :)
The product was amazing. The third party delivery company was TERRIBLE. They forgot to ship our couch 3 times total after taking off of work so we can be home to receive it (we work 3 jobs each).. I really hope they can find a more reliable delivery company on the Big Island. Dependable Hawaii Express was totally NOT dependable.
We love our new couch and ottoman!! It’s very very comfortable and we got a great deal thanks to Denise!! Thank you so much for being very helpful and taking care of us by making sure we found what we were looking within our budget!
The ottomans are a must. We use them as extensions to lay down. We purchased 2
^
Love this
So happy I added this to my feather sectional purchase, that way no one has to fight over the chase side and can be pushed to the side when not needed. Already saving up for another piece from the same collection. Also shipping was so quick even during the pandemic furniture shortage. (Like 3 weeks!)
So happy we got this with our medium sized sofa. It allows 2 people to lounge without fighting over the chaise. Perfect for my husband and I!
Comfy, easy to clean, kid and dog friendly!
I love the ottoman! It’s well made and comfortable.
The Ottoman is great! It's easy to put together, light weight so easy enough to move around the living room and is very comfortable to rest legs on or sit on!
So glad I chose to buy the ottoman to go with the Feathers Sectional! It really completes it.
So comfy and color is not too white so we can relax and enjoy it with kids. Perfect in all aspects.
The design took a while to get used to. The top half is detachable by velcro...but it basically is a giant pillow on top of a hard shell. That giant pillow is comfortable!
Very good. Good quality, very comfortable pretty colour. I love them
Beautiful and easy to move. Has been a great addition to our feathers sofa and even serves as additional seating when we have people over!
Love it
So glad we added this. Wouldn’t be complete without it
We absolutely love our sectional and ottoman. Please consider making it a little taller :)
Great service and products!!!
The sofa looks and feels very nice. My only complaint is the feathers are already coming out here and there.
Very cushy and soft!
This grey Feathers Ottoman is very comfortable, soft, and really the fabric is Linen, Egyptian Cotton. Easy also to order for its covers replacement. It is unique in design and looked beautiful exactly like what the picture describes on the website. It is affordable, worth the value. The scheduling and delivery process were especially impressive. And delivered on time and in good condition. I would highly recommend Valyou furniture to all my friends. Happy to have this now.
I was very pleased with my Feathers Sectional and feathers ottoman, superb quality!! I would give it 10 out of 10. Hassle-free shopping without any grief or aggravation whatsoever. From ordering it took just a week to be delivered as well absolutely awesome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly use them again. The name of the shop is what it is Valyou Furniture of an extremely high quality!
I am thankful for the beautiful piece of furniture I ordered from Valyou. It is reasonable, classy, and of good quality. I am contented and so happy by this Feathers Ottoman. With its perfect and not too big in my bedroom. Has easy self-explanatory instructions on how to take care of it. As for comfort, the softness of the feathers ranges twice as soft as standard. Have a good day!!"
It is very hard to rely on a fast delivery of quality furniture nowadays with the pandemic delaying everything. We have done an extensive research on a quality sectional and came to conclude that feathers sectional front Valyou Furniture was the best quality for the price point. We were worried about delayed shipping based on previous reviews but both sectional and ottoman were shipped within hours of order placement and arrived in a perfect condition. They are very comfortable and make a perfect addition to our master suite. We are very happy with the purchase.
I had been looking for the perfect furniture for a while and came across this website. The reviews were good and the selection was very good. I cannot say how well the furniture was packed. When they were finally unpacked I was blown away by how good they look. Absolutely loved my furniture which was extremely well packaged, I was kept up to date on my order, which was delivered by a very polite gentleman. The service throughout was second to none. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and will definitely be ordering again soon. I am so pleased would definitely order again from Valyou Furniture!
Arrived in excellent condition; verrrryyyy comfortable
Detachable and washable. Super comfy.
Beautiful and comfortable. This ottoman is a perfect compliment to the couch we also bought through Valyou. Delivered on time and was great deal! Will continue to purchase from Valyou!
Comfortable and goes great with the sectional. However, does not move well if that makes sense.
