Very happy with the Feathers couch. Came only 1 day after the advertised date during checkout, which I am very pleased with based on horror stories stemming from the supply chain across the furniture industry. The coach is pretty comfortable and the color is just what I expected. Only thing I would change is getting a bigger size or ottoman, which my space wouldn't allow :) Would recommend the Feathers sectional to anyone looking for a nice couch a budget price!

I love the comfort and style of my sofa. I received my pre-ordered sofa on the exact date promised. The wait was approximately 3 weeks. I must admit I was a little concerned about the wait time based on other reviews. I did email to confirm my expected date of delivery. I received a prompt reply within a couple of hours. The response was kind and professional. The delivery went well too. So far I am very satisfied.

This couch is so comfy and the best part is you can wash the entire thing! Our property is under construction, I have two little kids who run barefoot in the dirt all day and a dirty construction husband, for some reason I got a white couch but I literally wash the covers every week and they come completely clean! The fabric has held up really well even after many washings.
Beautiful couch! And easy to put together. I will say the fabric is different than what I thought it was going to be. But it’s comfortable and has support. One small part of a cushion arrived dirty but I just put that in the back area.
We love our sofa .. so comfortable and I like the texture fabric .. only thing was we had to wait for it but it didn’t matter once we got it.. simply love and in fact getting another one too
We recently bought the feathers couch set from valyou and the whole experience and service was really great. From the staff at the showroom to the customer service on the phone and the two awesome delivery persons. We are totally happy we chose them.
This is the BEST piece in my living room. Definitely would recommend shopping at Valyou to my friends ! I fall asleep on here everyday because it’s so cozy and comfy. Delivery was a little complicated for me because FedEx wouldn’t deliver to my floor & it was obviously heavy but nonetheless, I’m a happy customer. Easily washable and such a nice color. 10/10 for the product.
i am happy with my couch. there was some hassle in actually receiving it, but the valyou team (as well as myself) stayed on top of it. (thanks for your assistance Michael!) Thankful that the wait time wasnt anything egregious. The couch itself is close to the ground but its still okay in my book. firm yet comfortable.

Love the sofa , lounge sofa and chair and ottoman , so comfortable. Really happy with my choice. The delivery crew was exceptional , courteous and very careful.

We are very happy with our new couch. Service after the purchase was difficult. The legs in the showroom are not the same when we picked up with the couch. In the showroom the legs are wood with a brass band. What we receive were plastic with wood grain sticker. We had to work to get the right legs only to find out they do not make that style any more. With running on our part we did at lest soon wooden ones. We purchased our couch at the Honolulu store, however they do not answer the phone. We had to go to the Kapolei store to get some act. We were able to get the name and number of the Honolulu store manager from the Kapolei sells staff. We still had to run around before the leg issue was somewhat resolved. We ordered addition covers and are still waiting and have no clue when they are to arrive. I guess we will have to run around some more to resolve our this too.
Great sofa and very comfortable, but we are still adjusting to the general feel of it being less spacious than our previous one. I would recommend getting an ottoman or something to put your feet up on more comfortably if you're going to use it for family hang out and watching TV or working from home with your feet up

We love our new sofa! The shopping experience was easy and informative, and we knew right away which model we wanted. We’ve mixed a couple pillows of our own with the pillows that come with the sofa, and they make for great landing spots as we all race to claim our place first. A great purchase!

I ordered the Feather Sofa. I got a little scared at one point because I was not able to reach anyone by phone- customer service did not seem to be local and I had read some reviews that scared me- HOWEVER... I received my couch in like 10 days- and it is BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't be more happy. I ordered the light color and was a little nervous about that but I have already found it to be very stain resistant (a spill sat on the cushion and did not absorb). I am SO happy with my order and am excited to shop with them again- I can't believe how easy it was!
Great sofa once it finally came in (almost 12 weeks to get delivered). Soft but sturdy. The feathers do sometimes make their way out of the filling and are poky when they do, but overall very comfortable and fits our place great.
From the great sales people at the Kapolei store , to the shipping mngr, and the delivery guys, it was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about them, and of course their product as well.
