For minor touch-ups: Minor scratches or dents - rub a color-matched marker, shoe polish, or furniture pen over the damaged area to make it less noticeable.
Fabric Blend - Beige & Grey Headboard
To clean: Vacuum the upholstery moving it from left to right in short, overlapping lines.
Treat stains: Attack stains with the appropriate water- or solvent-based cleaner. Let the cleaner sink in, and then blot it with a microfiber cloth. Don't scrub the stain, as the action could push the stain farther into the upholstery or damage the fabric.
PU Leather - Black & White Headboard
To clean: Vacuum the upholstery moving it from left to right in short, overlapping lines to remove dust. This material is spot-clean only.
Treat stains: Use a clean, dry cloth to dab and lift away any stains. Do not rub a stain in or push it further into the fabric. For water-based spills, use a white cloth dampened with distilled water then let air dry. For more stubborn stains, you may need to use a mild detergent diluted with distilled water. Love this bed frame. It’s my second one, and it seems like it has been upgraded since the first one we got. The slats have felt on them now (helps with noise), and there’s now a little notch in the frame to hold the slats in place. Great price, easy to use, and good quality! Will buy again next time I need a frame.
Nice looking bed that was easy to assemble. I wish the slats connected to frame better. The slide to much when positioning the mattress.

The Charm 2.0 bed differs from most others in that it uses Japanese-style joinery to stay together with a minimum of hardware, greatly simplifying assembly. The slats are an excellent substitute for a bulky and expensive box spring. Construction is solid wood which is unusual at this price point. My only comment is that the "leather" headboard, at least on my model was synthetic leather, similar to the upholstery used in Teslas and that it is necessary to cut open the shipping boxes carefully to avoid slitting the headboard cover. Also, the headboard does not attach firmly to the bedframe and needs to be supported by a wall.

Beautiful quality and construction and easy to put together for one person. Perfect addition to my spare bedroom. The craftsmanship of the frame is impeccable with beautiful stain. Arrived quickly and compared to other similar beds on the market the price was fantastic.

We love the Charm bed! The clean design fits our aesthetic and we love that it’s lower to the ground than our previous bed frame! We can put our feet on the floor and get out of bed. That’s a great feeling. The assembly of the bed was very quick with easy to follow directions. A great purchase! We’re considering a queen size for our guest bedroom!
Over all a great frame. I was a bit disappointed with the head board having a solid base. The mattress just holds it in place.

Bed frame is great, very easy to assemble, sturdy, doesn’t really move, shake or creak. Low to the floor so not a lot of room for storage but otherwise pretty amazing. The headboard is a little underwhelming, it doesn’t connect to the frame at all and is basically a large firm pillow. I do enjoy the fact that the cover for the headboard is washable through. I do enjoy the color of the white wood and the gray cover.
Easy to set up, solid frame, and looks great in my room. Haven't had the opportunity to stress test it yet, but imagine it'll hold up to night sweats, restless leg syndrome, uncontrollable snoring, and unhinged jumping just fine 👍
The very busy warehouse staff were great in getting my order gathered together and loaded onto my vehicle. All of the bed pieces were well packed so nothing would be damaged during transportation. Bed was easy to assemble and required no tools to do so. Frame is.very sturdy and looks great! Mahalo:)

The bed itself is fantastic and relatively easy to put together but you're going to want to save yourself the trouble and expect to set it up with 2 people. It does all click together but the joints are tight and require precision when aligning. The one thing that knocked off a point that just really sucks is the headboard. It just rests on the wall, it does NOT slide into the wooden pegs on the bed like it looks like it should. Wish there was a wood option for the headboard but this bed was $1500 less than Thuma including shipping so I went for it! Port pickup was easy, and the bed comes in 3 different boxes. I went to pick it up alone and definitely needed help with one of the boxes so bring a friend. Thanks, Valyou! Now just get a matching dress in stock please!!!
Solid bed, easy to assemble. Note that the headboard doesn’t attach but leans against the wall. Great up-to-date delivery service, although it was a bit late you could see exactly where they were.
High quality wood and look. We’d buy again. Very easy to assemble. Great value compared to Thume bed. The headboard is short, so we put foam under it to make it sit taller.

Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. I put the bed frame together by myself within 10 minutes, no squeaks and very stable!
The delivery condition was less than ideal. The box was shredded and some of the wooden slats were damaged. The product is a good one and I’m happy with the functionality, but all three items I ordered (two beds and a chair) were damaged.
Great bed but they didn’t ship the headboard with it… still waiting after a few weeks. I had to contact them to let them know.
I purchased both a Queen bed and a CalKing bed. The furniture itself is great. Easy to assemble and looks good. The company worked with me for a delivery date which was helpful but when it was delivered the boxes were beaten and torn and some of the wooden items inside were damaged. Overall good experience but the delivery condition was somewhat concerning.
Love the product, but original delivery date could not be met. That was fine as I had to be gone for a week or so, but delivery was not completed until 30 days after the original date. When delivery was finally close, they called ahead of time by a few days to schedule, which was great. Then, just as quickly, they postponed. When finally ready for delivery, I did NOT get a call until the driver was at the gate. I do not accept COVID nor supply chain issues for the end delivery process.
Worst shipping of anything I’ve ordered. Took over a month to get a tracking number. I tried to get a refund multiple times but I was told I’d only get a credit. Decent bed. Headboard attachment is a joke.

Be careful when putting together to put notches right side up and do not rack - in other words take real care to keep 90 degrees at the corners. Two people helpful. One person use care.
The assembly and look of this bed is great! Lower to the ground which is nice, and a nice quiet sleep! The main issue is that the head board does not fit into the provided groove in the back being about half an inch to wide.
