To clean: Vacuum the upholstery moving it from left to right in short, overlapping lines. Change over to the crevice nozzle and vacuum in between the seams and under the cushions.
Treating stains: Attack stains with the appropriate water- or solvent-based cleaner. Let the cleaner sink in, and then blot it with a microfiber cloth. Don't scrub the stain, as the action could push the stain farther into the upholstery or damage the fabric.
Machine wash: Remove the fabric from the cushions. Wash it on a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent.
Make sure the cover is zipped closed before you put it in the washing machine, or you may end up with a tangled-up mess. Covers can be line-dried, but many people prefer to put the cover back on the cushion while it is still damp.

The couch color is not what is advertised on the website. It appears pinkish online but is brown in person. Overall, the couch itself is fine, with very firm cushions, but I really appreciate that all the covers are washable. The delivery team was exceptional. Scheduling was difficult at first, but once I spoke with a representative, everything was quickly sorted out. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with would not provide her name, which was frustrating. Communication overall was lacking, and I was surprised that a manager wouldn’t share their name or offer another point of contact. When I called back, another representative was extremely helpful, compassionate, and understanding. I had difficulty reaching anyone for about a week, which added to the frustration, but once I did connect with the right person, the experience improved significantly.

I've been looking at their sectionals online and finally went in-store to get a better feel. I found this one as the perfect fit for my apartment. Not too big or too small. Very helpful salesman, who helped set up delivery and also gave other recommendations for sectionals in similar size. Delivery was quick and on time. Delivery persons were also very professional. I put it together myself, which was very easy to do. Cushions are very firm, but that it's perfect for me.

Love our new couch! It fits our space perfectly. The cushions are firm but not at all uncomfortable. The back cushions are a bit softer, and we'll most likely need to add more padding in the future - but for now, they're great. Love that we'll be able to wash all of the covers, and the darker grey was the right choice for our family.
Perfect couch for our home. We have a window ac that’s wall mounted. The couch was a perfect fit between our wall and the ac unit. The color matches our color scheme perfectly. I love that the covers are removable for washing. Very happy with this purchase.
I live on Kauai and our options here are limited for furniture, so I was excited to hear about Valyou’s reasonable shipping. I fell for the green ValMinimal couch right away and ordered it. It took a little over a week to arrive on Kauai, which was impressive. It was easy enough to transport (2 boxes) and I put it together myself without power tools. It fit the space perfectly and the whole family can sit on it together. The seat cushions are a tad more firm than is ideal (as I had already read in others’ reviews) and the back cushions could have more support— but for the price, ease and look I’m still happy with my purchase. I have only had it for a couple weeks so can’t speak to the longevity, but so far I highly recommend this couch! The color is a perfect green.

Super happy with this sofa purchase. It is very high quality at a great price. The seat cushions are firm yet very comfortable and look neat, not saggy like my other sectional, and takes up less space due to its less bulky frame. I don't advise 2 adults jumping on this sofa, tho, as demonstrated on the Valyōu website.

Perfect look for my living room. The green color cannot be beat. I was a little worried it would be more style over comfort, but I’ve been able to watch several movies comfortably on it. The bottom and side cushions are a little firm, and the back cushions are a little soft, but I think it will be perfect with continued use.

This couch is amazing. You can tell it has a premium feel. Assembly was easy and the delivery time was blazing fast. My husband and I are extremely happy with our couch as well. We ordered the green one and we’ve received SO many compliments. I’m so glad we found such an awesome furniture store in Hawaii that’s more affordable than a lot of the other big box furniture stores on the island. I really love this new sofa! It’s big enough for my husband, my baby, and me. And there is even room for two more people! When we went to the store the worker was very friendly. We were looking for another sectional for our living room to replace our “well-aged” one :) Saw this at Valyou and loved the color of the light gray. It’s not too much of a light gray, but dark enough to hide any stains in my opinion. The seat pillows are stiff and the back pillows have a medium firm feel, but not too firm. The pillows have zippers and can be washed on a delicate cycle, but don’t throw it in the dryer. The chaise does not lock with the sofa, but putting a rug underneath will help the separation. Add some decorative pillows or a nice throw to it and it will look fantastic in any home!

I've been looking for a good couch that would accommodate my active kids. We popped into Valyou Furniture and the salesman was just awesome! We were close to ordering a couch on display but he noticed my active daughter and recommended a different design that let us remove the covers to be washed! Love the couch! Only thing I would change is that the facing left was not attached to the couch so it could be moved on either side. Otherwise its perfect!
